Avengers 5 , Avengers 6 officially had titles. Marvel Studios announced the official names of the final Phase 6 films.
Marvel Studios made a surprise announcement at San Diego Comic-Con with Avengers Secret Wars , and Avengers The Kang Dynasty .. Many fans have speculated for years that either Phase 5 or 6 could be the MCU’s next phase. As Phase 4 unfolds, more clues have been revealed. There were many theories as to how Kang could play the role of Thanos in the MCU’s next story. His appearance at the season 1 finale of Loki led fans to speculate about his character. It’s now clear that all of the speculation regarding Secret Wars was right on.
The Russo Brothers are long discussing how they plan to make Secret Wars a big-screen movie. The 2015 comic-book storyline has been teased by Phase 4. A scene in the end credits for Doctor Strange, Multiverse of Madness pointed directly at a Secret Wars setup. Clea confronts Strange in the scene and tells him that his multiple-versal travels through the MCU has created an incursion, which means two worlds could collide. The Illuminati and incursions are directly derived from Jonathan Hickman’s Secret Wars Run and the building-up to this story in New Avengers .
Thor Also provided a possible Secret Wars origin to the MCU, with Eternity’s first appearance. Eternity dies at the hands of Doctor Doom, who transforms the remaining multiverse into Battleworld. Many of these elements are likely to be used in Avengers , and other future stories within the MCU.
Avengers The Kang Dynasty is a bit more difficult to pin down, because there are so many possibilities for the plot. According to Loki director Kate Herron Kang also directed the entire Infinity Saga. This includes all films from Spider-Man Far From Home .. There are rumors that Kang could appear in multiple forms throughout the MCU’s upcoming projects. The sixth Avengers movie may be planted alongside the fifth. It’s likely that Kang will fill the role of Doctor Doom in the Secret Wars Comics.
In addition to Season 2 of Loki ,, it has been confirmed that Kang will be back in the AntMan and the Wasp ,. Star Paul Rudd said Kang actor Jonathan Majors’ performance was amazing. Kang’s next appearance is unknown, however audiences should expect more as the villain builds his empire and faces the new Avengers.
