Secret Invasion was a long-awaited event. Fans have wanted to see the iconic comic book event adapted since its inception. The Captain Marvel announcement was greeted with excitement by the public. When the Disney+ program was announced, fans weren’t expecting it to be what they expected.
According to Disney, the show’s upcoming version will be very different from the original. The tone of the show will follow Captain America’s Winter Soldier . It will also be more spy-oriented than a superhero story.
This project is full of talented people. There are many returning faces, such as Samuel L. Jackson’s Nick Fury and Ben Mendelsohn’s Talos. There will also be many new faces, including Olivia Colman and Emilia Clarke.
Now it seems like Rege-Jean Page has also joined the party.
Rege Jean Page joins the Party
After Marvel Studios’ panel at San Diego Comic-Con 2022, a new press release revealed that Rege-Jean Page will be joining the cast of Secret Invasion and become a part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

So Who Is Page Playing?
This isn’t the only time Rege Jean Page has been mentioned in connection to Marvel Cinematic Universe. Back in early 2021, the actor was rumored to be cast in Black Panther: Wakanda Forever. These whispers suggested that he would be the next Black Panther.
But that is not the case. He appears to have hopped on the Secret Invasion train. What role is he playing? It’s difficult to make an educated guess, given how few details Marvel has provided to fans.
With the focus of the series on Skrulls there’s one major character that’s likely to see adaptations: The Super Skrull (also known as Kl’rt). This character is best known as an antagonist of the Fantastic Four because he can use all the superpowers they have against him.
Page has a reputation for being a talented actor. The MCU would be better if he was there.
Secret Invasion is currently set to hit Disney+ at some point during Spring 2023.
