Marvel Studios will be a big presence at this years San Diego Comic-Con. President Kevin Feige teased that the team would “talk to the audience about the future “ MCU. After a three year hiatus due to the worldwide pandemic, the studio will be making an appearance at SDCC.
The last time Marvel graced the event back in 2019, the studio introduced its first Phase 4 projects such as Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings, Eternals, and Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness. Given the hype surrounding the studio’s potential announcements this year, many have been speculating on which projects will be teased next, with some hoping that the reported Captain America 4 and Thunderbolts movies will be part of that list.
While fans continue to theorize, there is a new update that will excite those who are Marvel-lovers and attend the event.
Marvel’s SDCC Promo Ramps up
Disney was officially revealed by DisInsider that the streaming site will be having its own stand at this year’s San Diego Comic-Con.
The official press release stated that attendees and fans can “buy new merchandise and products to celebrate Disney+.
Alongside a stacked collection of Disney+ merchandise, the booth will also allow visitors to take photos in front of backgrounds modeled after scenes in Moon Knight, Ms. Marvel, and She-Hulk: Attorney at Law.

Marvel’s Interactive Approach to SDCC
It seems like both Disney+ and Marvel Studios will be putting their best foot forward at the San Diego Comic-Con. This interactive booth with Disney+ goodies and Marvel’s Hall H panel will be the highlight of the convention.
Based on the above image, Ms. Marvel ”s background was modeled after Episode 6’s iconic scene in which Kamala is sitting high up on a streetlight. Moon Knight was inspired by the first episode’s scene where Steven Grant meets Marc Spector in his bathroom mirror. SheHulk is still in production. The background scene can be found in Jennifer Walter’s law office.
Considering that Disney+ promotes its Marvel series, it’s possible that merchandise from that show, including Funko Pops and T-shirts will appear in the interactive booth.
Marvel Studios will also be exhibiting its animated slate at the event. However, it is unlikely that merchandise from the Disney+ booth would include merchandise from these shows. To avoid spoiling the surprise, It’s still possible to purchase Groot merchandise, given that animated shorts are set for release in August.
Marvel Studios’ Hall H panel will begin at 5: 00 PM PDT on Saturday, July 23.
