Throughout Phase 4, Marvel Studios added many new heroes. The latest is Brett Goldstein’s Hercules. He made his debut in Thor. Love and Thunder . As the son of Russel Crowe’s Zeus, he made his debut during the middle credits scene. He was being sent by his dad to face Chris Hemsworth’s Thor.
Thor and Hercules have had an entangled comic history ever since the Greek God debuted as a rival to the God of Thunder in Journey into Mystery Annual #1 back in 1965. They have been fighting countless times over the years. Usually, it has led to Thor winning or getting stuck in a deadlock.
Now fans are eagerly awaiting to witness the two titans from the pantheons clash in the next MCU. Although there is no information on the exact date, Hercules actor John McCann teased that he would be ready.
Hercules Actor Teasing Chris Hemsworth about Thor Battle

In an interview with Entertainment Tonight, Thor : Love and Thunder s Hercules actor Brett Goldstein spoke out about the plans to have his Greek god face-off with Chris Hemsworth’s Norse hero.
When asked if the two godly figures will duke it out at some point, the Ted Lasso star joked about how Hemsworth “seems like a small guy” of a “similar build” to him:
“He seems small to me. Our build is similar. “
Goldstein also spoke to Extra TV to discuss how he’d be preparing to go toe-to-toe with Hemsworth and how he would need to be “having 19 chickens a day” to catch up to his size:
Goldstein: “I’m going to be having 19 chickens a day… Chicken and veg all day, all night, in your sleep.”
Interviewer – “That’s how they do it!” It’s something that all the Chris Hemsworths do. “
Goldstein – “Those are the rules. 19 chickens and some protein…”
Interviewer : “It’s all chickens. You can have chickens or vegetables, but not both? “
Goldstein – “Chicken, veg all the day, all night in your bed .”
Will Hemsworth’s Thor Beat Goldstein’s Hercules?

Thor, Hercules and many other characters have been in battle throughout comics history. In fact, the son of Zeus first debuted as a rival of the God of Thunder all the way back in 1965. Although their rivalry is long-standing, it’s often portrayed as friendly and fun.
With Mjolnir’s help, Thor usually comes out on top. However, he sometimes uses his hammer to defeat Hercules. He does not use his strength to combat the Greek God, but he will often put the hammer down. The battle between the titans is often a deadlock without his famous hammer.
Despite their fierce rivalries, Thor and Hercules both belong to the Avengers. Their inevitable struggle should end when the two face off against a bigger threat. Hercules might join the Avengers for the next ensemble blockbuster. He would make a great addition to the roster.
Hemsworth stands at 6’3 and weighed around 220 pounds for Love and Thunder; Goldstein comes in at 5’11 and roughly 163 pounds. They both have great physiques but Goldstein might need to gain weight to be able to compete with Hemsworth for his next MCU role.
When Thor and Hercules finally battle, it’s more difficult to answer. However, the obvious choices are Thor or Avengers .. Perhaps Marvel Studios is working on a single movie or a series of Disney+ movies for Goldstein’s Hercules.
Thor – Love and Thunder is currently playing in cinemas around the world.
