Marvel Comics has depicted many amazing powers, such as Spider-Man’s webbing and Night-Crawler’s teleportation. Marvel powers are extremely fascinating and versatile. They can also be dangerous depending who wields them.
Likewise, the My Hero Academia series is popular for its use of Quirks, individual superpowers that 80% of the population carries. There are many powers from Marvel Comics that can make its way into My Hero Academia as Quirks, adding a fresh element to the popular anime.
10/10 Organic Webs Are Icky But Cool
Thanks to Sam Raimi’s Spider-Man Trilogy, the Web-Slinger’s organic web ability is well-known among fans. Among its various uses, the Raimi Trilogy highlighted how organic webbing could be convenient for defense and traversal.
As a Quirk, the webs would still be organic, so one wouldn’t need to spend money on web fluid. In addition, the Quirk holder can use the webbing to patrol through the city at high speeds, reaching people who need help in the blink of an eye. The webbing can also be used to subdue opponents, trapping them in web cocoons like Spider-Man.
9/10 Ant-Man Shrinks But Gets Super Strong
Another useful superpower is Ant-Man’s ability to shrink to a tiny size. Although the character becomes minuscule, he still retains super strength and can fight powerful foes.
As a Quirk, Ant-Man’s shrinking ability can be used to gain the upper hand on enemies. Since the Quirk user can become invisible to the naked eye, it’ll be even easier to ambush enemies like All For One. This Quirk can potentially make the user one of the best Pro Heroes in the My Hero Academia universe.
8/10 Hulk Is Angry But Can Be Cooperative
The Hulk is one of the strongest superheroes in the Marvel Universe. However, he’s also a loose cannon which makes him prime story material for My Hero Academia. Appearing as a Quirk, there can be a fascinating storyline where a Hero student must learn how to control the Hulk side of them.
Instead of seeking a cure, the Hulk and the Hero could openly work together and develop a trusting relationship. Through enough training, the Hero and Hulk would be able to defeat the toughest Villains in My Hero Academia without endangering the lives of bystanders.
One of the most powerful X-Men enemies, the villain Magneto has the power to manipulate metal. The X-Men movies demonstrate how deadly and efficient this ability can be during combat. It would be fascinating to see a Hero in My Hero Academia with a Quirk that lets them control various metals.
Rather than using it to eliminate humans, the Hero can use it to rescue hostages from Villain bases. The Hero could also use the Quirk to destroy illegal Villain devices and weapons, giving Heroes an advantage over criminals.
6/10 Wolverine Has An Adamantium Skeleton
Although it slows him down, Wolverine’s adamantium skeleton is extremely proficient in battle. The adamantium makes it much harder for Wolverine to take damage, and his bones are practically impossible to break.
An adamantium-like Quirk can give a Hero similar invulnerability against enemies; even tough Villains like Muscles or Rappa would have a harder time defeating a Hero with an adamantium skeleton. An adamantium Quirk could also allow a Hero to shield citizens from powerful attacks, reminiscent of Red Riot’s Quirk.
5/10 Deadpool Is Near Immortal
Similar to the Wolverine, Deadpool has an advanced healing factor that regenerates his cells and organs. Deadpool is also practically immortal. Although he can die, he always comes back to life. These traits would give Deadpool advanced durability against Villains.
As a Quirk, the healing factor would be tremendously useful for a Hero. They would have practically no fear of dying, keeping them calm in otherwise tense Villain encounters. The immortality would also make the Hero harder to take down, giving them a significant advantage over the Villain.
4/10 Mister Fantastic Can Stretch His Body
Thanks to his superhuman elasticity, Fantastic Four member Mister Fantastic can stretch his body to incredible proportions. He can morph his body into practically any shape and achieve long-distance attacks.
As a Quirk, this stretching power would allow a Hero to fight enemies from afar. They could also help rescue people trapped in burning buildings, acting as a slide and soft landing for people to escape. The hero’s elasticity even gives them increased protection from enemy attacks.
3/10 Miles Morales Can Paralyze Enemies
Miles Morales’s Spider-Man has a unique sting ability, reminiscent of real-life spiders. When he stings enemies, he paralyzes their bodies, leaving them defenseless. Although My Hero Academia has shown what a paralyzing Quirk can do to a Villain like Stain, it would be interesting to see a Hero using Miles’ version of it.
The Hero would be able to take down large enemies quickly, reducing the risk of injury to themself or to bystanders. The sting/paralyzation Quirk would be a time saver against Villains, allowing the Hero to focus more on saving lives.
2/10 Echo Can Copy Other People’s Abilities
Thanks to her photographic reflexes, the Marvel character Echo can copy other people’s movements after seeing them once. Thanks to her ability, Echo has gained a wide variety of skills in acrobatics and martial arts.
As a Quirk, the ability to copy other fighting styles and learn new techniques would be helpful in combat, or even just in simple everyday life. With this Quirk, a person can quickly learn life-changing skills in a matter of seconds, allowing them to rise through the ranks at work or fend off skilled enemies like Stain the Hero Killer.
1/10 Nightcrawler Can Teleport
Night-Crawler’s teleportation ability is extremely useful for maneuvering and fighting. As a Quirk, a Hero can use teleporting to traverse through the city and take down heaps of enemies.
A Hero can also use the Quirk to transport hostages and hurt bystanders to a safe location, away from any rampaging Villains. Teleportation can also be used against stronger enemies like Muscles or All For One. The Hero could teleport in, land several hits, then disappear before the enemy can retaliate.
